Abstract

Social media in short is tools of sharing information, ideas, careers, hobbies, etc. in network and online community. Social media users usually access social media through internet-based technology that have features at mobile devices. Social media have some common functionality such as social media are interactive Web 2.0 Internet-based applications [1] [2], user-generated content, such as text posts or data generated through all online interactions, is the main thing of social media [1] [2], Users create service-specific profiles for the website or app that are designed and maintained by the social media organization [1] [2], social media facilitate the development of online social networks by connecting a user's profile with those of other individuals or groups. [1] [2] User can create interactive platforms which individuals, communities, and organizations can share, co-create, discuss, participate and modify user-generated content.

Social media convenience make social media is favorite tool to share information and social media can be use as powerful tool to promote business or anything. It’s transforming old marketing to a new level. This new marketing method/campaign bring out a curiosity. Is social media can be use as tool to promote multi-level marketing? What is the impact of implementing social media on multi-level marketing? Because of the questions above, it came idea to analyze the impact of social media on multi-level marketing.
