Abstract

In modern times such as the world today has developed very rapidly, one of the things that became a big impact in modern times is the era of digitalization, where in the era of digitalization all existing problems can be solved and facilitated by information technology. Information Technology is the main thing that sustains the era of digitalization, the changes seen from things that were previously still in the form of analogues are converted into digital form or systems by using the sophistication of information technology. Information technology can be applied and utilized in the service sector, one of which is a service in the event organizer service field, as a private company engaged in the service sector, Kaze Production wants a web information system that can help customers and companies make reservations that can be accessed online and provide band or venue recommendations to customers, and clash with the schedule of events to be ordered on the same date, month and year. Thus, in this Final Project an application is designed “Pop-culture Band Ordering & Scheduling System with Simple Additive Weighting and Sequential Search Algorithm". The website has several features that can support customer bookings and facilitate the company in handling reservations, and the system can also give a band or place recommendation and also check the order date to avoid double events.
