Abstract

E-learning is a type of e-learning composed of technology-based learning. E-learning is done through desktop applications, internet or web applications. Through e-learning, teaching and learning that can only be done in person can be completed online. For example, a family learning community that has previously conducted face-to-face teaching activities can use auxiliary applications such as Google Classroom, Zoom, and Kelas painting applications to do it online. Or it can only be done face-to-face, which can now be done online using existing technologies and applications, but in addition to the development of time, collaboration in interaction is necessary so that the solution can appear in time/space. The four-quadrant matrix model, use case diagram, and action diagram are designed to learn how to create collaborative e-learning models in family learning communities to improve the quality of learning. Therefore, all participants know the existence of the activity, its functions and the people who can perform it, as well as the existing work and business processes of the participant’s system. To achieve this goal, we adopted a data collection method that involves interviewing sources such as school principals and students’ parents.
