Abstract

The rapid development of Information Technology that is happening nowadays, especially in our country, Indonesia, technology is no longer a strange item, it is even indispensable to support the performance of an organization. For now without the support of information technology, a company may be impossible to develop. Iron gym is a sporting business located in Timika, Papua. In this business, there are still many problems in the admin system. For example, such as monthly transaction income, recording member monthly fees, new member registration, supplement ordering and fitness scheduling, all are still recorded manually, sometimes the admin is also an LPA to record income and there are also errors in calculating input because it is still done manually. With the above problems, it is necessary to create a web-based application with the title "Designing Administrative Information Systems to Improve Web-Based Consumer Service at Iron Gym Timika" in order to make it easier for admins to record member data, monthly fees, buying and selling transactions, scheduling and reducing the risk of errors in calculating income. in addition, so that customers get administrative service satisfaction & accurate information.
