Abstract

In improving the quality of existing services and making it easier for every customer, TIKI AMBON implements
Information Technology Services in helping each of its customers. The specifications of the objectives of the research carrie d out,
namely (1) To analyze the Quality of Information Technology Services at TIKI AMBON, (2) To analyze the impact of The Quality
of Information Technology Services on TIKI AMBON, (3) To analyze the obstacles experienced by TIKI AMBON in applying The
Quality of Information Technology Services. With the Quality of Information Technology Services can measure and know the
satisfaction of customers who have used the service at TIKI AMBON. In this research focuses on Information Technology Service
Quality Analysis at PT. Image of Van Titipan Kilat (TIKI) in AMBON. Information Technology Services used by TIKI AMBON
is Tracking System in the process of checking goods. The type of research used by is Descriptive Research. And the data source
that is done in collecting data at TIKI AMBON is by conducting literature studies, interviews, and observations.
