Pengembangan Website E-Commerce Beserta Penerapan Fitur Customer Relationship Management dengan Memanfaatkan Content Management System
Abstract
The evolution of technology has led to a paradigm shift in consumer behavior, with an increasing number of individuals opting for e-commerce to fulfill their daily needs, often commencing their search for products and information on internet search engines even before stepping into a physical store. Online shopping often entails less effort and fewer constraints than shopping physically, so this practice began to seep into customers behaviour. To overcome this condition, retailers have to adapt to the challenges posed by e-commerce to remain competitive. Then a e-commerce website was developed to facilitate direct interaction with prospective buyers of Toko SJ which is a buidling material store. This E-Commerce website is equipped with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) supporting features, it allows business owner to gaining insights about potential buyers through behavior patterns such as from transaction histories and customer interactions in order to foster a more comprehensive understanding of the customer.
