Studi Independen Cloud Computing Dengan Mengembangkan Project Aplikasi Pada Bangkit Academy
Abstract
The Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program is designed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia to provide students with opportunities to learn outside the classroom through practical and relevant activities. One of its programs is independent study, which allows students to learn directly from industry partners. Bangkit Academy, supported by Google, provides a Cloud Computing learning path focused on implementing Google Cloud Platform technology. This program lasts for 14 weeks, covering hard skills, soft skills, and mentoring with industry practitioners. Students learn about cloud services, development tools, and how to integrate these technologies into real projects. The curriculum includes self-paced learning on Dicoding and Google Cloud Skills Boost, instructor-led training (ILT), and a capstone project. In addition to acquiring technical knowledge, participants develop problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills essential for career readiness. This study documents the author's experiences in the Bangkit Academy program and highlights its benefits in enhancing professional competence through cloud technology applications in real-world projects.
