Abstract

This research explores the role of System Analysts and Quality Assurance in designing Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD) to represent database structures and conducting functional and performance testing to ensure system reliability. The study involves updating system documentation, including ERD, Use Case Diagrams, and Activity Diagrams, as well as verifying application functionality through structured testing. These processes were applied to the Ideabox and Eventeer applications, resulting in refined ERD documentation, workflow diagrams, test plans, and performance evaluation outcomes for Eventeer.
